Dr. Li Lu

Dr. Li Lu (Dr. Fengrong Li) studied at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Beijing Union University from September 1985 to July 1990 and obtained a bachelor degree in Medicine. She then worked at two hospitals in Beijing from July 1990 to November 2001 as a physician and dermatologist. Dr. Li Lu was promoted to physician-in-charge of internal traditional chinese medicine in October 1995. Until 1997 she worked in a comprehensive department of internal medicine and in the department of dermatology. From 1998 until November 2001 she worked in the acupuncture department which specialised in treating strokes and neurological problems.

Dr. Li Lu took advanced training in Dermatology and Acupuncture at the Beijing Dong Zhi Men hospital and the Beijing Kuanjie hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both hospitals are very famous traditional chinese medical hospitals in China, and she learned from Dr. Qifeng Jin and Dr. Puren He who are senior professors. Dr. Li Lu is not only a professional and experienced Chinese doctor who practises Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, but also is knowledgeable in Western medicine. During all the years when working in hospitals in China, she practised both traditional Chinese medicine and conventional Western medicine for diagnosis and treatment. In November 2001, Dr. Li Lu moved to the UK and now specialises in Traditional Chinese Medicine. So far she has treated over 4000 patients in the UK. Dr. Li Lu is a member of Chinese Medical Institute & Register (London).
